Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from 3FlexHome. However, if for any reason the item is not suitable, we offer a hassle-free returns policy allowing unwanted items to be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original, unused condition

  • Include all original packaging and tags

  • Be unwashed, unworn, and in a resaleable condition

Return Delivery Charges

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility for a Refund

You are entitled to a refund provided that:

  • You notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of receipt

  • The item is returned using a tracked delivery service

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.

How to Return an Item

  1. Carefully repackage the item you wish to return.

  2. Include the following information inside the parcel:

    • Your name

    • Your order or invoice number

Responsibility for Return Costs

Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs unless the item is faulty or was supplied in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for items that do not reach our returns centre.
